Useful Information for Watch Buyers
The descriptive sheet for each watch includes general information about its condition and any restorations; it is provided for guidance only and is not exhaustive.

Under no circumstances should it be considered a “Guarantee.” The same applies to any Condition Report requested by the buyer.

Lots are sold in the specific condition in which they are displayed. As mechanical constructions, watches may have undergone maintenance over the years. Therefore, they should be considered in need of servicing.

International Art Sale srl accepts no responsibility regarding the working condition, restorations, or replaced parts of the watches. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the lots during the days prior to the sale and consult with the expert for any clarifications. No claims will be accepted after the sale is finalized; this information is deemed read and accepted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Article 17.

Watch straps and bracelets should be considered non-original unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description.

Water-resistant watches have been opened to check for originality and general condition; therefore, water resistance is no longer guaranteed.

A check-up by your trusted watchmaker is recommended.

Please note that the importation of materials derived from endangered species is regulated under the CITES legislation in certain countries.

No information is provided regarding the proper functioning of quartz movement watches.
