Our department expert, Francesca Tagliatti, with twenty years of experience in the watchmaking field, began her professional career with the collaboration in the family business that has been operating in Milan for over 50 years in the trade of precious and watches.
In 2006, after graduating in Foreign Languages ??and Literatures, at the State University of Milan, she joined the jewelry and watches department of the London auction house Christie's as an assistant, developing interest in the field watchmaking, participating in international auctions. In 2010 he started a new collaboration in the Antiquorum Geneve auction house, specialized in the auctioning of precious timepieces, with offices in Milan, Geneva, New York and Hong Kong.
In these 5 years he has assisted the director with regards to the technical-commercial part, taking care of national and international customers, evaluations, descriptions for the drafting of catalogs. After the international experience, from June 2015 to July 2019, she was director of the watch department of Cambi Casa D'Aste based in Milan, thus realizing the desire to put into practice the experience acquired in the past in auction houses ester. From January 2019 she joined the team of the International Art Sale auction house as an expert and head of the watch department of the Milan office.
