The current Cascina Cremosina takes its name from the estate which was the seat of the ancient Palazzo dei Conti della Cremosina. It is said that on this very hill, admiring the landscape, Arturo Bersano decided in 1935 to abandon his promising career as a lawyer to devote himself to viticulture, running the family business.
